How to Find Books and More
Search Our Library Catalog
Our Library
Online Catalog
Use the Library Catalog - (GIL) to locate books, government documents, video recordings, music
recordings, music scores, microfilm, and other materials owned by Ingram Library. The catalog
also provides access to the full text of many electronic books, through netLibrary,
which can be read entirely online. Note: do not use
the Library Catalog to find articles in periodicals (magazines, newspapers, scholarly
journals, etc.) To find articles, you must select a database to periodicals from our
Databases
page.
Search Other Library Catalogs
Universal Catalog (University System of
Georgia Libraries)
Use the Universal Catalog to locate materials available from the libraries of the University
System of Georgia campuses, and other research collections in the state. Most of Ingram
Library's collections are included in this catalog. Current UWG students, faculty, and staff
may request materials located by using the Universal Catalog, but not owned by UWG, through
GIL Express.
WorldCat (libraries worldwide)
WorldCat is a library catalog for materials owned by libraries worldwide. For comprehensive
research of library collections, search both the Universal Catalog and WorldCat. Current UWG
students, faculty, and staff may request materials located by using WorldCat, but not owned by
any of the University System of Georgia libraries, through Interlibrary Loan.
